Gagan Deep Mehta has practicing experience – encompassing both transactional work and litigation – of about 21 years, and an overall professional experience of over 31 years.

His transactional experience includes review and drafting of agreements, contracts and business documents of all sorts, as well as legal research; and the courtroom experience covers – civil litigation, criminal trials, and matters involving contracts, real estate, intellectual property, accident claims, employment disputes, arbitration, family law, etc.

Gagan Deep has represented many a client ranging from individual litigants to large companies in diverse matters involving civil, criminal, revenue, property and contract laws.

Gagan Deep is thoroughly conversant with the laws and legal procedures applicable to not only India but also various jurisdictions in the USA, the UK, Australia and Canada. Since 2007, he has diversified into providing outsourced (off-shored) legal services to litigants as well attorneys in these countries.

Before starting practicing law, Gagan Deep held several management positions in different corporate organizations over a period of 9 years.
